- For Open Banking and PSD2, building regulatory compliance requirements including Dynamic Linking and Strong Customer Authentication for third parties to access the app.
Jointly developed API strategy with Solution Architect, leveraging existing core banking systems and accounted for constraints. Defined interim and end state of the API strategy. This includes not only internal-facing APIs but also third-party APIs as well

- Developed strategy and programme managed go-to-market initiatives in digital payment and mobile money for different global clients in both developed and developing countries. Developed products and processes roadmaps. Scope included strategy and roadmap development as well as go-to-market implementation. Partnered with retail banks and obtained regulatory approvals. Interfaced with CXOs.
- Developed strategy and project managed new digital business proposition from scratch for a multinational client. Also launched the proposition commercially. Devised primary customer research through focus groups and quantitative research and go-to-market plan; negotiated agreements with multiple new partners and managed the testing phases (pilot and beta testing).
- Programme managed the launch of a new start-up in mobile and and transform the previous quad-play offers, including channels to market and propositions from scratch. Developed all aspects of marketing (strategy, proposition, channel, promotion and pricing). Negotiated and agreed commercial terms with suppliers. Developed channels to market including location selection and creation of physical retail outlets.
- Programme managed the transformation of a new digital partnership (including advertisers, aggregators, content owners and platform providers) for client. Worked with Board of Directors.
